Program Commitments
This experience consists of 12 sessions, one each month, over the course of one year. The sessions are 1.5 hours each and will happen from 10:00-11:30 AM Pacific time. There is an average of 45 minutes of pre-work per session.
Once you have agreed to participate, we ask that you:

Clear your schedule for all the meeting dates and commit to attending at least 10 of the 12 program sessions;

Commit to completing the pre-work for each session;

Commit yourself to learning with us and your fellow participants and do your part to create a productive learning environment by listening fully, speaking candidly, sharing your experiences and your views openly and with vulnerability, maintaining confidentiality of the group to promote trust and safety for learning, and leveraging conflict and difference productively as catalysts for learning and growth;

Attend the Groundwater Institute’s 1.5 Day Immersive Experience at some point over the year;

Fund your own travel, lodging, and meals if the participants agree to meet together in person at some point over the year-long experience;

Provide feedback at two points during the program. While there is no tuition for this program, we do ask that you commit to helping us improve the program by formally sharing your experiences with us at two checkpoints;

At your option, contribute to the administrative and logistics costs as the core team has been doing; and

Present your own action plan during one of the two final sessions.
